We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all packaging, parts, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Due to the nature of septic system products, certain items are not eligible for return. These include any products that have been installed or used, special-order or custom items, and electrical components once they have been opened or installed. Additionally, tanks and other oversized items cannot be returned once they have been delivered and unloaded. Clearance and final sale items are also non-returnable.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with their order details to receive approval and return instructions. Returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once a return is approved, items can be shipped back or returned in person if local pickup is available.

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to certain returns, particularly for large, bulky, or special-handling items.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome.
